1. As you have to get fully dressed in-between treatments/pool etc. and going for your Cream tea I would suggest bring flip flops or easy to put on foot wear / Clothing. 2. Have a walk around the town, it has lovely historic buildings and lovely sites to see. 3. Try the cocktails in Wilson Restaurant!! They are to die for

We had an amazing day in the spa, treatment was great, staff were great. It's in a very quiet area, felt very relaxed. Would definitely recommend, good chance on returning.

The Service and Food was good. Bit more variety could be offered but the venue experience overall was good. As this request has come from Activity themselves, our experience with you is not so good. Charging £20 to extend the validity date is a joke..especially when the service provider sees none of it!! Wont be participating again.

My daughter and I ejoyed an excelent tea served by attentive staff. The building itself facinated me, having primarily been a former tradesmans shop and home, with exposed brick and part of a waffle and daub wall. Overall a worthwhile experience.

I did not know what to expect being the first time for a Rasul mud treatment but can highly recommend as a very relaxing experience and the facilities in the hotel where good the staff were also attentive, very friendly and helpful

I had to change the date on this from the 12th October to the 9th november but on arrival they had not change the pedicures over which I paid extra for also some of the facilities was not working also The hot tub looked crimey which we did not go in the pedicure I paid 50 for and they fitted 2 of us was fitted in one appointment time I have messaged them about everything but no reply I would not go back
