A gift from my daughter. Limited availability so took a while to book in. Took an hour queuing to book in which was fine on a warm day but would be miserable in bad weather. Actual experience was about 5 mins which I expected based on previous. But an hourcstanding for a 5 min drive showed slight disorganisation

Cars were great but there was too much traffic on the track and unable to overtake so was driving at 30 miles per hour for one of the vehicles!

Received gift voucher from my daughter for my birthday and thought WOW! Looked on YouTube at this experience and thought WOW! Booked it and that's when it started to go downhill...... Had to pay an extra £50 (£25 coz it's an Atom, and £25 for insurance!) At the "circuit" (we'll cover that later) had to then pay another £10 for a sighting lap which consisted of me sat in the back of a BMW with no view of the track...totally pointless! The queuing system involved just standing behind anyone that was also queuing and hoping they knew what was going on! The "circuit" was a joke and by far the worst thing about the day. It was a straight with chicanes set every 100yds! Great fun if you are an 11yr old in a Dodge Charger, but completely useless and pointless in an Atom! This was an experience that I always dreamt about but when the dream became reality, it was a bit of a nightmare!

Unfortunately I am not able to give a positive review of my Car Chase Hero's event. When I originally received my experience I found it very difficult to book on a weekday that was suitable for me, seemingly only weekends being available. Then unfortunately COVID hit and to be fair they were very accommodating in extending the date until it was out of lock down. Again however it was very difficult to book a week day event with it only being weekends available which was an extra £25 charge. I therefore ended up having to book time off work. I eventually managed to book an experience day and book a hotel near by to make a weekend of it with my girlfriend. The week of the experience came around and I was looking forward to the weekend, unfortunately however on the Monday of that week I received an email to say that Stoneleigh had been double booked and that there was some sort of car show going on and therefore my experience was cancelled and alternative date offered. At this point I was unable to cancel the hotel or change my time off work and didn't want to book an alternative date due to the bad experience I have had. I was then informed that I would not be able to get a refund on the experience and therefore not only lost the experience, but the cost of the hotel and the fuel to get there and time off work. Overall I have had a very poor experience and would not use the Activity Superstore again in the future.
