Great service but we were limited to what burgers we could choose from even though some were cheaper we couldn't have them. There should be a separate menu for things like this so that there's no confusion when trying to order.

This place is nothing like advertised. It's dirty. Poor service. And poor expensive food. We weren't greeted when we arrived and had to ask were our table was and was told to sit anywhere. Our order was taken by an abrupt male member of staff, who literally lent on the table in close proximity to us. We wanted a veggie burger as previously seen on the online menu. We where told they didn't have that. After choosing the food arrived. I can honestly say that it was the worst burger we have ever had Over cooked, very dry burger meat, bacon and hard as a rock, bun soggy. The best thing about the food was the fries and they were to salty. The burger was as far away from gourmet as you could get. Major disappointment and not worth the time and petrol it took to get there.

Staff were not familiar with the voucher and customer service was very poor. We were left without menus and waiting for ages to get the attention of a member of staff. No napkins, cutlery or sauces provided - had to source them ourselves. No checkback or anyone asking if we had enjoyed the meal or wanted anything else. The burgers were not worth the money and very mediocre. We would not return or buy this voucher for anyone.

We visited Revolution Oxford road Manchester to use a birthday voucher.We had read reviews and were looking forward to seeing how good it was.We arrived just before our booking,3.350p.m.There was only one other table occupied and they had finished eating.On our voucher there were several burgers not on the menu.There were three meat and three chicken options.We ordered a burger each and waited over thirty minutes for them to arrive despite being the only two orders at the time When our food arrived the chips were like warm at best.The chicken was very dry and obviously over cooked.The bottom was wet because of the copious amount of half frozen veg.The top was burnt.To say it was disappointing is an understatement.We had such high hopes after reading reviews.Not sure if we would pay a return visit.

Arrived for a pre planned booking. Shown to table and sat for 20 minutes waiting for someone to take our order. Flagged staff down & waitress eventually took our order. We then sat another 30 mins with no drink or food. Started to get very frustrated so found manager who arrange for our drinks & food. Not great having to sit for a hour with no drink! If we had a drink on arrival we would have stayed and bought another couple but honestly couldn’t wait to leave. Food was ok but gluten free bread not great, had much better, spoilt the burger!!

The place, location and staff were really nice. Unfortunately, the burger and beer option was really poor. Nothing gourmet about it. We gad a voucher and ut turns out we only coukd gave the basic burger which was really tasteless... I am sure if we had a different one on the menu it would have been much better....
