Gyre & Gimble is the newest addition to Norwich's ever growing Cocktail Bar scene, and with a bold, industrial vibe broken up with splashes on greenery, its definitely one of a kind. Follow the music and up the stairs, you're sure to find them.
Join them for a fully immersive Gin Distilling experience, hosted by one of their distillers, you will become a 'distiller for the day' yourself. Gin and Tonic in hand, you will be guided through choosing your own botanicals and with a selection of over 30 there's a lot to choose.
Weigh them accurately, learn to dilute your spirit, and finally distill and label your very own bottle to take home.
On arrival you will receive a Gin and Tonic. You will then enjoy a 2.5 hour Gin tasting & making experience guided by a distiller, with history and timeline of Gin.
