My wife bought me this experience for my christmas present and even before Covid it had been cancelled and rescheduled on numerous occasions. When i finally managed to use my gift i got a phone call 2 days before asking if i would like to purchase another seat at a reduced price, i bought the experience so i could share a memorable moment with my wife. On the day we went up the headphones didn't work, we couldn't hear any commentary or each other. We mention this on our quick egress of the helicopter to be told "OK I'll mention it". I payed £10 for a photo to remember this occasion

  Thank you for your feedback on the 55 Mile Helicopter Flight. I'm sorry to hear that your experience was cancelled on prior occasions, I can imagine this had left you feeling disappointed. Due to the nature of your experience, it may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions which as you can imagine is out of the providers hands. This experience is only to be enjoyed by one person, we do explain in the experience information that there will be others in the helicopter at the same time as you. I'm glad to hear that you were given an option to purchase a seat in the helicopter for your wife. I'm very sorry to hear that the headphones were not working in the helicopter, this is not the standard we expect and I will be passing the comments over to be looked into. Thank you again for your comments.

This was.bought as a gift from our daughter.... everything about the booking (which was very straight forward ) from the choice of hotel( which was beautiful and in a great location) was perfect, we were treated very well from beginning to end of the whole experience .....

I was extremely disappointed that an expensive deal worth £169 was terrible! Got a cream tea as opposed to an afternoon tea, was originally asked to pay a surcharge as a Saturday night, was put in a budget room, was required to pay extra if was to use spa facilities. Was overall very misleading and disappointing!

I was given the voucher as a present and very much looked forward to using it for a “ladies who take tea” country hotel getaway. The hotel was nice but clearly had no idea what afternoon tea was. 80’s pop music and bland doorstop sandwiches? Plus when we asked to take our scones to our hotel room to finish later we were given just that - the accompaniments (jam, clotted cream, plates, knives) were all removed and the dry scones put in a plastic takeaway container. Overall, very odd. Good voucher which I would recommend, just not sure about the selection of venues. Hopefully, I just chose poorly.
