we stayed overnight for my husbands birthday and what a wonderful experience, the staff were really lovely and helpful, the food was amazing and the views and sitting outside so relaxing and beautiful both day and night

My husband and I received a voucher for this experience for Christmas. The voucher included overnight accommodation, 3 course dinner, glass of wine and breakfast. When checking in they mentioned we had breakfast and when I said about dinner he told us to check with the restaurant. To cut a long story short, because it was Valentines night they were doing a special meal in the restaurant and said we weren’t entitled to it and it was fully booked anyway. They asked us to choose from the bar menu which was very limited consisting of pizza, burger or fish and chips. Eventually the chef said we could have the main course from the Valentines menu but had to have the starter and dessert from the bar menu. We also had to sit in the bar for dinner which took away the specialness of the evening They gave us a free drink and a bottle of Prosecco as compensation. The staff member who dealt with us during the evening was really friendly and helpful but we were very disappointed that we couldn’t eat in the restaurant which was beautiful. I rechecked our voucher and it did not state that it could not be used on Valentines Day and if it had I would have changed the date so we could enjoy the full experience. Something perhaps to add to the conditions for future bookings

Unfortunately on arrival to check in for our stay, the hotel said they had no booking in their system for either our dinner reservation or overnight stay via The Activity Store. We arrived post our matinee show with the aim to just have enough time to get ready for dinner celebrations. Whilst the hotel did what they could as quickly as they could to accommodate us on a very busy evening, we did feel at one point that we would be heading home. Eventually we were booked into a room and had to take a later reservation for dinner. The hotel itself was nice, and the meal was very good too.

The experience onboard the Sunborn Yacht was second to none. I was given a first class service , a fabulous room with balcony overlooking the Thames . The fantastic 3 course meal with Prosecco & Amazing Breakfast next morning were all included. The staff were all friendly, efficient & welcoming. I would thoroughly recommend.

This was a first class experience. The venue was original and the accommodation was excellent. Staff were friendly and helpful. Restaurant menu was extensive and food quality was great. The yacht is readily accessible from The Elizabeth Line - easy to find and not too far to walk. All in all an excellent experience- I’d love to go again

On first impression the outside of the Sunborn was dirty and the chrome was dull… and yes I know it’s not a Real Yacht but that’s the POS it’s trying to sell…the wine at dinner had turned… the cocktails used dehydrated fruit instead of fresh and we where told everything on the menu was available in the deal only to be hit with a bill at the end of dinner….So really does need to step up its act…!!!
