Dinner and Top Price Theatre Tickets for Two

Firstly, the show was fantastic, good seats, but not nop price.The meal was OK 4 choices on a special menu but 5 mins walk,so a convenient location.The booking process however was a nightmare. All correspondence is through email which takes days for questions to be answered. Only 4 shows available, 2 of which we'd seen.Offered dates and times,selected a weekend matinee then bookings came back completely different,week day evening. Initially refused to change ( was told to give the tickets away if I didn't like it )until I sent screenshot of what was originally offered. Booking process took over a month to complete. Next time I will book direct through the theatre website ,quicker, easier and less stressful.

Difficulty booking. Awaiting refund of meal part as Encore unable to offer suitable venue and said they would refund this to you but have heard nothing. Show was excellent though.

We had an amazing experience. The seats were brilliant and the before show meal was very good. It was my partner's first theatre experience and he really enjoyed it.

This was bought as a gift for me by my daughter. When booking it was not clear what shows you can see , however if you get through and speak to someone there is more choice. We saw Motown and had a meal at Zizzi . We thoroughly enjoyed both , with the meal a little more choice of meals would have been good . However food was lovely , service great. Show was brilliant .

I brought this for my mums 60th birthday . We loved the show , it was amazing . We went to a french cafe for lunch, which was ok. But would choose a different eatery next time

This experience was bought for me as a gift and boy what a great choice. Pre show meal was lovely and we had seats H15/H16 in stalls at the Lyric Theatre to see Thriller Live...SUPERB.
