The star of the show is their incredible range of handmade cheeses, including the famous Pwll Mawr cheddar – matured at the bottom of Big Pit mining museum’s mine shaft! You’ll also savour unique flavours like Pwll Ddu (Black Pool), which is infused with mustard, leeks, and The Reverend James Welsh ale for a savoury punch. Or take on the spicy Anadl y Ddraig (Dragon’s Breath), a chili cheddar with just the right amount of sweetness and creaminess.
Your tasting experience starts with a warm welcome, accompanied by tea or coffee, as you learn about the company and their delicious cheeses. Then, it’s time to sample between 10 and 13 mouth-watering cheeses – a true feast for your taste buds!
