Target Sports World aims to provide target sports such as axe throwing, assault rifle shooting, airgun and crossbow experiences to anyone who wants to try them.

They provide assault rifle shooting, using a semi-automatic rifle loaded with real live bullets. The bullets fly as quick as you can pull the trigger from a 25-round magazine. The shooting club is Home Office approved and follows the sports of Lightweight Sport Rifle and Gallery Rifle.

Other activities include airgun shooting, axe throwing, crossbow shooting, compound archery and a multi-activity session where you can try out your choice of sports.

Learn how to handle a real assault rifle with up to a 60 minute guided session. You and a guest will be given a full safety briefing and comprehensive instructions, then it will be on to the shooting range once you have been kitted out in the safety gear.

You will both be given a magazine with 20 rounds in it for you to load and shoot under guidance from your instructor. You and your instructor will then go down the range to see how well you have done. Once you have got to grips with the rifle, you will be supplied with the rest of the bullets to load and fire as you wish under the watchful eye of the range officer. Will you go for speed or accuracy? However you tackle it, you will never forget this thrilling experience.
