I have taken a star off for the venue as the Palm Court is not wheelchair accessible - indeed getting in to the hotel at all required a staff member going to get a ramp and us entering through the bar in a confined space. That aside, the experience was wonderful. Staff make a real effort to turn it into an experience describing the menu - both food and drinks - and making sure that a birthday among our party was acknowledged (pianist playing Happy Birthday and a special dessert), Special "Season" afternoon tea cakes were delightful, as was the rest and special diet was catered for. Would go back in a heartbeat.

First of all the venue is jaw dropping beautiful, staff very attentive and friendly to make your experience as enjoyable as possible. The afternoon tea was exceptional, presenting the food fabulously and tastes delicious. Would recommend for a special occasion with a date or take a mate for great experience.

Had to use the voucher my ex colleagues gifted me before it expired. Although there were limited offers for spas in London area, o am glad i booked the afternoon tea at the Sheraton. Staff were really friendly and helped sort out the details of the voucher (struggled a bit with it). I took my son with me and we had a good afternoon and, then walked around the west end after.

Our experience at the Palm Court for the ‘Afternoon Tea’ was divine, a calm atmosphere coupled by friendly service by all staff particularly ‘Kim & Efrey’. We arrived to the location earlier and kindly escorted to our table where we could explore the menu & unwind. The cutlery was immaculate served in Silver Wear, ‘Kim’ explained each tier as vegetarians my Mum & I had a variety of fresh sandwiches. The scones were warmly kept in a cotton bag and throughout our Tea we were acknowledged. Thank You to ‘Kim & Efrey’ for a 5 star day & your professional hospitality!

My wife and I really enjoyed our experience, the location was excellent and the service we received was even better, super attentive and friendly so thud made for a very relaxing znd enjoyable afternoon. The food was great too!

Apart from a dreadful journey up to London by coach ( which was nobodys particular fault - just dreadful traffic conditions ) the actual experience at the hotel was really lovely and worthwhile. Food was excellent, service first class, and environment very nice
