My wife bought me this experience for my christmas present and even before Covid it had been cancelled and rescheduled on numerous occasions. When i finally managed to use my gift i got a phone call 2 days before asking if i would like to purchase another seat at a reduced price, i bought the experience so i could share a memorable moment with my wife. On the day we went up the headphones didn't work, we couldn't hear any commentary or each other. We mention this on our quick egress of the helicopter to be told "OK I'll mention it". I payed £10 for a photo to remember this occasion

I'm sorry to hear that your experience was cancelled on prior occasions, I can imagine this had left you feeling disappointed. Due to the nature of your experience, it may be cancelled due to extreme weather conditions which as you can imagine is out of the providers hands.
This experience is only to be enjoyed by one person, we do explain in the experience information that there will be others in the helicopter at the same time as you. I'm glad to hear that you were given an option to purchase a seat in the helicopter for your wife.
I'm very sorry to hear that the headphones were not working in the helicopter, this is not the standard we expect and I will be passing the comments over to be looked into.
