What did you receive?
I received a 3-month yoga subscription from Movement for Modern Life. Once I activated my voucher, I was emailed my login details for the Movement for Modern Life website. I felt like a kid in a candy store! The site offered an array of yoga and wellness classes which I could filter for by duration, level, style and benefit. I regularly practice vinyasa style yoga, of which there were literally hundreds of videos to choose from. I could access the subscription via their app, where I could download the yoga videos to my phone. This subscription makes movement and mobility accessible to everyone.
What was your favourite part?
My favourite videos were the acro yoga ones. I took up acro yoga over lockdown and struggled finding resources on the internet - good instructional cues make all the difference! I also loved the variety available on this website. Some days I was looking for a long, restorative and restful stretch, and other days I wanted to push myself by mastering a movement. I could easily do both with this subscription.
