We had a beautiful lunch at the London Steakhouse. The food, the staff, the service and the surroundings were all perfect. We would highly recommend dining here and will most definitely be returning when we're back in London.

Considering all the following that Marco has and how good he is meant to be, i was some what disappointed. The restaurant was "hidden" away off the main street, the frontage of the restaurant was again somewhat low key. When we entered, we were expecting something special and other than the pricing of drinks and the outstanding cost of anything that wasn't included it wasn't special that is. It was no different than going to a good local restaurant. The tables were closely put together, so when you got up there was a great sense of care required, or your likley to be paying for another meal for someone. The food was average at best, best value had to be the 4x shots for £12 and NOT the £44 for the cheapest bottle of red wine. Which you could probably get from Tesco's for £15. Then there was the staff who bless them who were trying their best to encourage you to buy / pay for over priced drinks and additional food, which my wife can cook better. My over all review is dis-appointing and realise that it's all because of the name behind the restaurant, just another example of MARKETING 1 - REALITY 0. Then there is the aspect of The Shard, which is miles away from the restaurant and there is no mention of that, it's marketed as if they are either next to on another if not on the same site, again MARKET 2 - REALITY 0.

this was a trip to be remembered amazing views from the shard would recommend to anybody visiting London to give it a go. The meal at Marco Pierre White steakhouse was the best three course meal I've had for a very long time .If I was to visit London in the near future I would be looking to book a table . overall the package we got as a gift was first rate

After the spectacular views from the top of the Shard, it was a disappointment to find that the much-vaunted London Steakhouse was in a the basement of a drab office block in a City side street. Service was friendly and efficient, and food was fine. But it was not a venue one would choose for a special occasion. It was a nice day and an interesting 20 minute walk across Lonon Bridge and through the City to find the restaurant.
