Assistant
Are you looking to take your first steps into online retailing and would like
to work for a fast-growing fun company?
If so, you could be exactly the person we are looking for. We urgently need a bright and energetic
Customer Services Assistant to help our rapidly expanding company. You will
need to be a quick learner and someone who is enthusiastic about internet
selling, as you'll be given some important responsibilities right from the
start.
We are looking for someone who:
- Understands The Gift Experience brand and
ethos and loves our products
- Is passionate about all things online just
like we are
- Is desperate to take on responsibility and
show us what they can achieve
- Is adept at juggling lots of jobs at the same
time
- Is capable of moving at the pace that we like
to travel at and able to take on any task that ensures the smooth running
of the company.
You will be responsible
for:
- Handling enquiries and orders from
thegiftexperience.co.uk customers.
- Giving information and helping to solve
problems
- Dealing with any returns ie: detailing the
reason for return, checking products returned are in good condition and
putting them back into stock as appropriate
- Supporting the Sales and Marketing Director
with general admin tasks
You will need to have:
- A good standard of education
- Good organisational skills
- A passion for online sales
- Excellent communication skills
- A genuine interest in helping customers
- The ability to work closely as part of a team
- A polite, tactful, patient and friendly
attitude
- The ability to multi-task and work in a fast
paced environment.
Previous customer
services experience would be an advantage, but having said that enthusiasm,
passion and an ability to learn quickly are more important. Salary will be negotiable
