I recieved my order within a week of my order. It was packaged well to protect the gift from damage. The engraving was exactly as I ordered and in a nice font. I also emailed customer services a few days after my order to ask if there was any way of tracking my order, and they replied within 2 hours to confirm the day of despatch. Very satisfied customer.

I thought the website was easy to use. The only thing I would mention is I ordered the personalised bottle of wine from a different company before and it allowed you to view the label once you had chosen your words. Just an idea. Although they did charge more for it and a £5 delivery charge!!

I just love gifts with a difference and this website is the place to shop.

I loved the structure of the site and it was very easy to order, however one time i got confused with delivery payment, because it showed like extra amount even though delivery ment to be free, but at the end it came to riht amoint.

very easy, i'll be honest I went onto iwantoneofthose.com first but found the website to messy, to much hassle, whereas this was simple, found something straight away!  I just placed the order, the only thing I will say is you should maybe consider special delivery as an option, as other internet sites are offering free s.d posting (shame they didn't have product I was looking for!!) and I was torn because I did want it to arrive for Saturday, going in first class is a bit unreliable and I would have paid happily for the extra costs. I ordered a photo keyring for my friends birthday. The website stated a 10 day delivery however as I needed it sooner I gave yourselves a call, the lady was very helpful but advised that although she would place the order as urgent the delivery was from Paris and that the early delivery couldn't be gauranteed. I was really surprised this morning when my delivery arrived in just 3 working days. The keyring is beautiful and my friend will be thrilled. Thanks for the excellent service!!
