I was impressed with the speed this arrived (within 2 days!). Nice quality mug, high quality reproduction of the drawing with good colours. I had one picture with a white background and one on coloured paper - both looked good but I would recommend, if possible, you choose a drawing with a white background as it then looks as if it was drawn directly on the mug. Everyone has a picture done by their child that they would like to keep and see everyday - great idea for a gift.
