I'm so happy about the quality of the product, and also about the customer service. I did order man boxers with the funny sign "Property of..(name)", and two days later I received the boxers with sign "(name) was here". I sent an email to customer service saying that I got the wrong product because I ordered boxers with different sign. They answered straight away saying that they are sorry and they will send a new one, I couldnt belive when day after I get the delivery with new (this time correct) boxers. It took less than 48h to solve the problem, and get the delivery with the right product. And something about the product: my boyfriend loves it, quality is great and also sizes is correct. I'm super happy, and I'm sure that I'll be back ;)
