Took ages to book at date as they were very limited and when we got there we spent hours waiting, and they are continuously trying to sell you extra products (which are not cheap!) No one on the staff team seemed to know what they were doing, and none of the customers knew if they were stood in the correct que due to nothing being clearly sign posted. Need to have separate ques for sight laps and driving laps. I enjoyed my driving experience but would have enjoyed it more if it had been better organised.

I am sorry to hear you felt the availability of this experience was limited. The company Car Chase Heroes, who you booked with, have several locations across the country which they tour each year. They are therefore only at each venue on selected dates; I can appreciate however that this may have made the booking process a little longer than preferred. I can only apologise that you felt the staff were disorganised, I will be sure to take this up with the venue to ensure appropriate improvements are made.
