The A4 calendar is made of 120gsm smooth bright white paper.
Spiral ring bound in white coloured wire with metal hanger.
Card backed.
Each
calendar packed ready to send onwards in a padded envelope. Itself
enclosed within a protective polybag for sending to you.
General Information
With
enlargement small imperfections are emphasised, scratches, spots, soft
focus, grain, blurring, red-eye all become more noticeable. Some
variance in colour balance and saturation is to be expected. Landscape
images fill the page better. Some slight cropping may occur so that we
can get the best fit on each calendar page for your image. Digital
camera prints should not need cropping. Please correct your prints for
any imperfections before emailing.
Emailing Imgaes- Jpegs should be a minimum of 1200 pixels wide for good reproduction (about 500k).
Trim off any white borders or they will also be printed.
Prints - There will be a charge for scanning please contact us for a price.
Portrait, landscape - colour, black and white.
Size: up to 6 x 4 - larger than this will delay your order.
How to Order:
By Email
a. Place your order and you will receive a confirmation email giving you an order no.
b. Send an email to calendars@thegiftexperience.co.uk quoting your order number and give us the following information:
1.
Select 13 photographs - art work - poems or other text. Best quality
(highest resolution) jpegs will give the best results.
Rename
your images before attaching them to your e-mail as follows jan.jpg (or
.jpeg) for January, feb.jpg for February, and so on for each images
sent. Number the front cover front.jpg. Rename any image and add it
again if you want to use the same image more than once on the calendar.
2. Your special message of up to 12 words.
By post
Each photograph should be marked clearly with its month number and your postcode.
Starting
with 01 for January, ending with 13 for the front cover. To avoid
damaging your photographs write on a sticky label/post it note then fix
to the back.
Now put them in month order. January is Jan, February Feb etc, with the front cover Front last.
Message
for front cover - Write your own special message - maximum 12 words.
e.g To Gran and Grandad with love from Kirsty, Scotts 1st year, Happy
New Year from......
Post your photographs/artwork or disc with a copy of your order confirmation form to:
