I ordered the ruby anniversary aprons for my parents as a bit of a tongue-in-cheek present. When I opened the package it didn't contain aprons, but pillow cases. I contacted the sales team, and they asked for a photo of the pillow cases. They then reissued the order and the aprons arrived 3 days later. I was impressed with the customer service, and I would use the company again in spite of the error with the original order.

Whilst seeking an amusing but also useful present to give to good friends whose anniversary was imminent I stumbled across this website which fulfilled my needs perfectly.
