I must say the service was excellent as I received a response immediately each time I sent a message via email & this item was delivered the next day as planned however I would have been furious if it hadn’t after paying £7.95 delivery charge for a cup that was under £9.99. Since it cost me £17 In total for 1 cup, I expected a good quality cup but instead it was the cheapest type of cup you can buy so overall disappointed
