I was phoned to say only one was in stock, the other would be in stock in 3 weeks, they are bound for South Africa, and I couldn't wait otherwise I would have no way of getting them there safely and in time, the lady phoned me back a short while later to say she had secured me a 2nd one, 3 days later i received them. I was thrilled. I did the same for my Grand Babies '1st Christmas' last year, there was a miscommunication with the couriers and my parcel never left, I was leaving for SA the following day, and was gutted, Gift Experience arranged for the baubles to be delivered direct to SA. Very impressed with all the people that assisted me. Good Service is hard to come by these days.
