What happens on the day
On arrival you will be greeted at reception and shown around the club. You will be asked to fill out a medical questionnaire, so please arrive early to allow enough time to complete and sign off your form and ensure that your treatments are not delayed. Then, with the preliminaries completed, you’ll be free to enjoy the rest of your day!
At the appointed time you’ll be taken to the treatment room, where you’ll each enjoy a massage from a qualified therapist. Ladies will be treated to either a Swedish massage (a traditional treatment style utilising long flowing strokes, usually in the direction of the heart) or an Aromatherapy massage, which uses a combination of essential oils. Gents will enjoy a Deep Tissue massage treatment - a deep rhythmic pressure massage designed to alleviate stress, ease aching muscles and revive your senses.
While you’re there, feel free to make use of the facilities on offer at the club. These vary from centre to centre, but may include a swimming pool, sauna, steam room, and hot tub. If you have a particular preference regarding facilities, please discuss this with the centre when booking

- The facilities are not suitable for babies or toddlers to accompany the voucher-holders
- Suitable for men and women
- Treatments cannot be performed if you have recently undergone surgery, are diabetic, have asthma, epilepsy, have high/low blood pressure or are pregnant. A health check will be made which may result in the centre requesting that you obtain a medical certificate from your doctor.
- You should be in reasonable health and have a reasonable level of fitness.
- The clubs all have disabled access
- You must inform the centre on booking of any disability or medical condition (including skin allergies) which may prevent you from taking parting the experience, as the centre may have to refuse you treatment on the day if they are not informed in advance of certain conditions.
