After searching and searching for a special keepsake for my nieces 21st birthday I came upon this website and found a perfect pearl bracelet which I then had engraved with her initials. I placed the order only 1 week before the big day and unbeknown to me I had not chosen the size I needed. Thankfully a lady from customer services rang me the very next morning to ask for the size so she could process my order for me. I couldnt have been more grateful as if she had asked this via email I wouldnt have received in until later that night and my order would then have been delayed by a day - my own fault completely - but thankfully the gift experience did not let this happen to me. The gift was right in time for the birthday which surprised me with my leaving the ordering until so near the time. The bracelet itself was beautiful and exactly what I had spent many months looking for with regards to a keepsake. The quality is outstanding and the engraving is of superb standard.
