I received a phone call to say that my gift would be delayed by 24hours because the original one had been damaged during engraving and they were waiting for more stock to be delivered. It arrived at the new time I was given, the engraving was great, no damage on this one, and the little girl the gift was for was delighted with it. The fact that it had her name on and was special to her made her day. I have used this service twice for the same sort of thing and will continue to do so.
