The Bertinet Kitchen is a purpose built cookery school offering a range of relaxed and fun courses for food lovers of all abilities. Enjoy expert culinary tuition at this renowned school before spending the night in a luxurious individually-designed room at the beautiful Michelin starred Bath Priory hotel. Enjoy access to the Garden Spa (opening September 2009) and a full English breakfast in the morning. There are also transfers available to and from the cookery school, although the 10-minute walk through the park is beautiful. A midweek break to savour.

This weekday cookery course allows you to choose from exciting classes such as Bread making; French Country Cooking; Secrets of the Professional Kitchen incorporating Knife Skills; Pastry Masterclass; Cupcake making; Fish & Seafood; Pasta Making; Winter, Spring, Summer or Autumn Entertaining; Sauces; Classic Bistro Cooking; Gastro! Simple Modern British; Italian Entertaining; Classic Patisserie; and Classic Italian cooking.
After a busy day in the kitchen you'll be able to sleep in luxurious surroundings in a Classic Room at the Michelin starred Bath Priory Hotel near to The Bertinet Kitchen. Here you'll enjoy use of the Garden Spa and a full English breakfast in the morning. Spa facilities include: Air-conditioned gym; heated pools; Sauna; Steam Room; Solarium and more.

Your voucher is valid for 10 months for two people. This package is available Monday to Thursday. The package includes 1 night's accommodation in a Classic Room, full English breakfast, use of the Garden Spa (September 09 onwards), transfers to/from The Bertinet Kitchen (if required – it is a beautiful 10 minute walk through the park) and a weekday cookery class for 2. Please note the Spa is not available before September 2009: towels and toiletries are provided; and refreshments and beauty and massage treatments are available.
