What happens on the day

You will be greeted at main reception by a membership consultant [whose name will be given to you on booking your appointment] who will give you a full tour of the facilities and explain all areas to you to ensure you feel comfortable and settled into your visit. If you decide after your day or month that you would like to take up permanent membership as part of the partnership between Virgin Active and Virgin Experience Days you can take advantage of either the joining offer at the time or half price joining (activation) fee, whichever is higher.
