Just write whatever you like on the plate and then allow to dry for 24 hours. After this you just bake it in a domestic over for 35 minutes to seal in the message forever. If someone wants to write something at a later date this can be done because the plate can be baked as many times as you like. All plates come with the special pen and full instructions.
