Ask family and friends to write their messages of congratulations onto the plate with the special baking pen (both front and back of the plate can be signed). Any mistakes are easily rectified within 15 seconds by wiping a finger over the error. Leave the plate to stand for 24 hours then bake it in a domestic oven for less than an hour to seal in the messages for eternity.

If you would like to add someones name at a later date (perhaps they are unable to attend the wedding), no problem. Simply re bake the plate!
